Self discipline and getting it done when you are knackered is a big part of prep. 13.01.2022 Date to Remember! Last Monday and Saturday for MBRC free training are w/c 7/12. I will continue to do Aimfit classes w/c 14/12 with 9:15 classes starting at 8:30am. W/c 21/12 I will be doing classes on the Monday and Tuesday only again with 9:15 classes at 8:30am. We will recommence classes on the 29th Dec depending on numbers. 05.01.2022 Definitely improved on last season. How? Time spent in a surplus that's right! No visible abs for me for a while. Progression on lifts, either weight or reps/sets. All tracked. Consistency. Even with a sprained ankle, modified legs and more upper body and bike instead of steps. Leaving nothing to chance. My road to stage.
