25.01.2022 Here's a classic example of what we do. A customer has set up his ute as a personal fire response vehicle. See how it sags with 1,000 litres of water and fire pump on the back. His Air Assist suspension kit solved that with 60 psi in his bags and it's sitting back up like normal. There is no heavy duty leaf spring capable of 1 ton of water like this. And when he empties the water he just lets the air out of his bags and it's back to normal. How cool is that?

25.01.2022 Jae is setting up his digital in cab kit.... looking the goods. Each bank is for an air bag. The left valve inflates and the right valve dumps. The T piece would run to the bag... nice work Jae

23.01.2022 Neale is an Electrician who just sent us some pics of his DMax with our Air Assist Kit fitted. His every day load is 500Kg before he adds stock. He already had heavy duty springs and you can see how they still sagged and weren't floating his boat. He put 40psi in the bags and it is sitting back where it ought to be and he's tickled pink. Thanks for the pics Neale. This kit retails for $500 with delivery, has a 5 year guarantee, has easy to get metric airlines and BSP fittings and best of all made by us here in Melbourne.

22.01.2022 Derek came in and we fitted our Air Assist into his XR8 Falcon. Others told him it couldnt be done because XR6 and XR8 are too low and there’s not enough room. And here we are. The brackets have been made as super low profile as possible and we stole every millimeter we could. The thing about XR6 and XR8 being lower is that heaps of tradies have them but they cant carry a load, like WTF? So absolutely we had to make this work.

22.01.2022 2nd lot off to post office today.

20.01.2022 I called into our powder coaters today and they said they were just working on some of our brackets so here are a few cool pics... We make these brackets ourselves here in Melb using all local steel merchants, laser cutters and obviously local powder coaters who incidentally use Australian Dulux powder. Attached are some after pics (fitted) as well

16.01.2022 Graeme in Tassie sent us a few pics of his Isuzu DMax ute ready for business. He's running our air bag load assist kit and he says "it’s great to be able to buy an Australian product". Yes mate it sure is great to be making stuff here and we appreciate everyone's support too.

16.01.2022 Mat just fitted our new kit for the later model D23 Navara and he's wrapped. You can see over his rear tyre he has picked up the few inches he needed and now the car sits where it should. When he loads up more weight he just puts a bit more air in his bags. We developed this kit because there was obviously a demand but because of a lack of room other brands hadn't ventured here. We stole every mm we could from the brackets and we have an ideal result. Even comes with new bump stop bolts because the original ones had 2 captive washers and we lost an unnecessary 3mm for those if we re-used them.

16.01.2022 What have we here?

11.01.2022 Brett has 2.7t over the rear axle and loves his Air Assist air bag kit. He pumps up the bags when he’s got a tank full and lets them down when he’s empty. Same concept goes for when people tow a caravan or slide a camper on the back.

10.01.2022 44 brackets whipped up in 1 go. Any one know what this kit might be?

09.01.2022 How about this for a thank you email we received today from Tim in Musselroe Bay Tasmania Please find attached photos of fitment of airbags on a 2018 Mazda BT50. Photo of vehicle loaded with 50psi in the bag resulting in giving a 50mm lift between the tyre and the tray. The vehicle without any air in the airbags was very unsteady to drive due to excessive rolling and pitching when negotiating even the slightest corner. With the 50psi in the airbags the vehicle handled its usual normal self with no hint of rolling or pitching. I am exceedingly pleased with the purchase of these airbags as it allows me to regulate the load condition resulting a very comfortable and stable vehicle.

09.01.2022 Here’s our latest batch of galvanised air suspension brackets. We use local steel suppliers and laser cutters, we do the welding ourselves and the galvanising is also done locally. By the way this is not only the most durable rust free finish but also the most environmentally friendly. We now offer every kit with galvanised as an option. Remembering also all of our bolts and washers are stainless steel and the valves brass so there is no rusting or corrosion at all.

06.01.2022 Loving the new welding bench I made for mass production of our Air Assist brackets. Saving heaps of time..

06.01.2022 Check out Alex's Wildtrak Ranger set up. He's still got factory rear springs but runs our Air Assist kit to keep it sitting up level. He can also adjust left right up/down in case he's camping on uneven ground which is pretty cool for a camper. But what is super cool is that Alex lives in Central America and he received it in the post and fitted his kit all within 5 days from ordering it. Our standard kit replaces the bump stop and runs at 200mm from underside of chassis to top of leaf springs. If you have a suspension lift and need taller brackets just get me that measurement to me and we can make up a custom set for you. It's not often we need to go taller. This kit retails at $500 delivered within Aus and Alex paid about $650 to get his kit in Costa Rica. Steve - 0416611774

05.01.2022 James in Lindisfarne Tasmania is wrapped with his new Air Assist air suspension kit in his 09 Hilux. He wanted stability and handling and says he got that in spades.

04.01.2022 A nice batch of galvanised goodness. Wont be long and all of our kits will offer galvanised as an option

03.01.2022 Brett's Mazda BT50 not only carries a heavy tool box but he sometimes wacks the caravan on the back too. Now he's riding on air and doing it in style with our Air Assist suspension kit. Air up when he loads up then airs down when unloaded. And because unloaded is still heavy by BT standards he can leave 15 psi in the bags all the time because of the tool box. Only set him back $500.

01.01.2022 Who do you know who has a Isuzu DMax ? Graham in WA fitted our Air Assist helper bags over the back axle in his ute and it's made the world of difference towing his super heavy duty trailer - even with 2 pallets of bricks it has lifted the back of the car and more noticeably the front of the trailer. And then when he's not towing he lets the air out and he's back to a soft ride.
