02.01.2022 Dear Valued Clients, Following the recent declaration of Coronavirus (COVID-19) Global Pandemic, AirClean My Home wish to advise that the following Risk Management Strategies are being implemented as of today, 18th March 2020. A temporary suspension of service to any clients that... o Have returned from overseas travel within the last 14 days, or o Are in self-isolation, or o Have presented signs of illness and have not been cleared of having COVID-19 We appreciate the honesty of our clients in helping us to implement these strategies by informing us if their circumstances are subject to the above changes. We will work with any clients affected by this suspension to reschedule your services as soon as practicable. Cancellation: Our current policy as stated in the CLIENT SERVICE POLICY notes that any cancellation with less then 48hrs notice will be charged a fee of $35.00. If we arrive at the job and are locked our or turned away, you will be charge 50% of the estimated job cost. These fees will be waved during this COVID-19 period. Should you wake in the morning and a member of the family is not felling well please notify us ASAP to cancel the clean if scheduled for that day. We rather cancellation then to have our staff placed in a self-isolation. AirClean My Home hygiene practices are of an exceptionally high standard. We take every possible precaution to avoid cross contamination between clients and clients home. We exercise the following protocols: Cloths, mop heads and brushes are assigned per house, then cleaned and sanitised after each use. All Cleaning specialist wear gloves and mask during each clean All point of contact (door handles, light switches, handrails) are disinfected during each clean. We implore any clients that believe they have been in the company of someone who may be infected and are showing any sighs of exposure to contact their GP, attend a COVID-19 Fever Clinic or local Accident and Emergency Department. AirClean My Home highest priority is the health and safety of our clients, staff and families. We appreciate your cooperation and participation with the above strategies as we navigate the ever-changing environment surrounding COVID-19.
