25.01.2022 Supposed to be a crazy hot summer coming. Its already getting very busy. The pros of working by myself are, I can keep costs down and quality of work up .The cons are, I can only fit so many people into a work week. 24.01.2022 Hi all. Just a little tip in this continuing rain. If your floors and lounges etc feel wet all the time, run you Air Con. It dries the air and will inhibit mould growth on your furniture. Just because your Air Con may be dormant, doesnt mean the mould and nasties it contains will be. Have it cleaned so it is sitting nice and fresh for when you need it again.

10.01.2022 Air Con Clean Mackay Air Con not cold as it used to be,using more electricity than it used to? Does it have a musty or mouldy smell,sneezing and irritated eyes? Just to give an idea of whats involved in how I clean your air conditioner. Here are the basic steps.... Step 1. Remove the outer covers(which are treated and cleaned) to expose the coil. Step 2. Fit the drip bag and apply a chemical to the coil and up inside the barrel fan/air delivery area. This chemical breaks down dirt, oil, mould and other contaminants. Step 3. Use my self contained pressure washer to clean the coil all the way through, not just the outside and to thoroughly clean the air delivery area and barrel fan. Using the pressure washer to spin the fan to make sure I get all the contaminants out of it. Step 4. Apply an anti-mould treatment, allow it to react and pressure wash the barrel fan/air delivery area again. Step 5. Apply a disinfectant spray to the coil and barrel fan/air delivery area. Step 6. Reinstall the cleaned covers and filters, then test the units operation. This is just an overview and there are more intricacies to doing the job correctly.
