We replaced the louvre in the correct orientation and sealed it water tight. 03.01.2022 This client contacted us regarding a split system that wasnt operating in one of their rental properties. Upon inspection we found this Fujitsu system installed in a space way too small, the unit was hard up to either wall and absolutely no access to service the system. We advised the client of the situation and we provided them with a quote to replace. They accepted our quotation and here are the results... A challenging design location for the outdoor unit, given the limited space on the apartment balcony.
