24.01.2022 Are you missing us? Unfortunately Airlie Beach parkrun is still closed due to COVID-19 restrictions however our mates at the Whitsunday Running Club are now organising a (not)parkrun from Cannonvale Beach every Saturday morning starting at, you guessed it, 7am! It may not be parkrun, but it's the next best thing.... See you there...

24.01.2022 Our Airlie Beach parkrun is returning very soon. But it’s not going to be the same. Firstly the app we all has been updated, it’s absolutely amazing and easier to use!! Secondly we will have a QR square for you to scan, please do this for traceability. ... Also we have been making a few modifications to the course And we believe it’s going to be even better!! Thanks heaps Airlie Beach parkrun team

22.01.2022 thanks Neil Ross for the awesome pic's

22.01.2022 Airlie Beach parkrun will be returning on Saturday the 28th of November, and we can hardly wait! With this in mind, we would like to acknowledge the Ngaro and Gia people, Traditional Custodians of the land on which we will hold this event every Sunday, and pay our respects to their Elders past and present.

19.01.2022 Hi to all our participants. Another great parkrun in Airlie Beach (Australia's friendliest). It's great to be back, thanks for the warm welcome home. Volunteers are all good for next week (23rd Jan), But please put your name down for any of the following weeks. All the best, Bob

19.01.2022 It's a big pity but for the greater good. I have been on the brink of making the decision to self isolate and so this announcement is another step in that direction. Let's all keep well, keep in touch and keep exercising. Maybe post some individual photos and comments on what you are up to. My final social gathering will be an Irish sing-a-long at Buttercup Lane Cafe in Proserpine at 12:00 on Friday. Keep smiling.

19.01.2022 At the start line for my first pp (personal parkrun)

18.01.2022 Who is going to start 2021 with a parkrun bang!

15.01.2022 Good morning folks. Due to the current heavy rainfall and Severe Thunderstorm Warning that was issued by the Bureau of Meteorology at 5:10am, we have decided to cancel Airlie Beach parkrun this morning, Saturday the 9th of January. Stay safe, stay dry and we look forward to seeing you all again next Saturday.
