20.01.2022 This is a recently completed 103 bed aged care facilty behind harbour town shopping centre. Comprising VRF, stand alone splits, pool pac unit, mecahnical ventilation and fire dampers. This project was delivered on time and shows our capabilities.

07.01.2022 Difficult install? Nothing is beyond our capabilities or expertise. Whether is duct 10m up in the air or made from heavy 16# sheet metal. We can safely erect and install all types of air conditioning and ventilation.

07.01.2022 More progress as we lifted in 2 x 350kg attenuators safely into place. We knew that the tolerance was 20mm or less so any abrupt movements could have caused damage to the ceiling. Eventual results had both hung with no damage and structurally support awaiting external insulation.

06.01.2022 Starting to commission the first stage of the EM Tooth aged care facility out at Lota. Facility comprises of 90 bed with wall hung splits, common area ducteds, kitchen, laundry and toilet ventilation.

02.01.2022 Opening earlier in the year was the Burleigh Beach Pavilion. Comprising of stainless ductwork, stainless steel packaged units, blygold treated condensers. Upon completion of this project, we scouted to assess another job in a property close by allowing us to capture a birds eye photo.
