07.01.2022 What a journey we have been on since baile as baile (home away from home) kicked off at the end of November 2020! We have all met some amazing people within the... Irish Australian community and forged new friendships that have inspired us to continue baile as baile further into 2021. We want to thank all of the dedicated volunteers and community groups who took time out of their busy schedules to bring us a wide variety of activities and events- you know who you are!! baile as baile serves to encourage a sense of kinship within the community, so if you are holding an event, let us know and we will promote this far and wide. Keep sharing our page so as many people as possible are made aware of the outlets available to them, if and when they need. We are all in this together, and although we know you are all missing Ireland and thinking of loved ones back home (we certainly are), we can create our own home away from home right here Sydney St Patrick’s Day Parade & Festival NSW GAA Lansdowne Club Australia Consulate General of Ireland, Sydney Keane To Bake Paddy Coary Pilates Edel McBride Megan Ní Phriondárgas Rebecca Harkin Music Ireland Calling Radio Show Sydney Liz Weir - Irish Storyteller Paul Kilroy Coaching Nortons Irish Pub Tea Gardens Bondi Grand Hotel, Bondi The Gaelic Club Infinnite You Sona Yoga Brendan Nolan Maithreacha Irish Elaine Ní Bhroin Great Irish Famine Commemoration Memorial The Mercantile Hotel - The Rocks Caroline Mc Kenna

03.01.2022 It is with deep sadness that we inform members of the Chamber community of the passing of our Founding President, Gerry Higgins, earlier today. A regular attend...ee at Chamber events until only recently, Gerry leaves behind a legacy that we hope to continue to build on. On behalf of the Chamber, we would like to pass on our condolences to the Higgins family, and Gerry's many friends within the network.
