25.01.2022 Hi all, Due to a massive accident at woy woy, the Kariong class will be running slightly late. Instructors are on the way but are still stuck in heavy traffic. Class is still on and we will see you soon!

11.01.2022 Enjoyed a night focused on traditional sparing and bag work.

06.01.2022 Finished with a bit of fun with tonight’s lesson. Doing Spider-Man crawls, butt walks and seeing how far we could get the cone in side kick chamber position. Thank you to all the black belts who were helping the junior belts with proper push up form.!
