25.01.2022 Help us train the next generation of doctors in Paediatric Ultrasound techniques and have fun at the same time! We are seeking children aged between 2-14 years to volunteer between 2-6 March. The program consists of the following modules: Mon 2nd Vascular Tues 3rd Nerves... Wed 4th eFAST (major organs), Renal Thur 5th Lung, Renal, Gallbladder Fri 6th Cardiac Led by a Paediatrician specialist, the course will take place over one week in Broadbeach, Gold Coast. Each volunteer slot is for 1 hour and volunteers can book multiple sessions and make use of our education room between sessions. Hands-on learning for children in anatomy and physics Dedicated education room with engaging activities Oppertunity to try out an Ultrasound Machine Coffee and snacks provided for children and parents VENUE: The Australian Institute of Ultrasound 2-4 Miami Key, Broadbeach Waters QLD 4218 Monday 2nd March - Friday 6th March 9am - 4pm * Parental supervision required for all children Please phone 07 5526 6655 to register your interest.
