23.01.2022 Be forever grateful for these magnificent creatures in our lives They bring us love, happiness, friendships, peace, sanity and so much more, we are forever in their debt

23.01.2022 It’s not often we have a horse to move along, but here is a very special mare who is looking for the perfect home Ruby is registered with Australian QH and American QH Associations. She stands at 14.2hh and has just turned 14 years old. She has an extensive competition background in western pleasure and western trail, and has had 3 foals. We are looking for a non-competitive home for her, someone who’s happy to ride on trails or adult riding club etc, where Ruby can experience a different pace in life but still continue to teach her rider in seat and leg aids. She is not suited to beginner riders due to her responsiveness to these aids. Please contact us via private message for more details...

22.01.2022 Our final camp day for the holidays! A lovely, small and quiet group of girls who all equally share a passion for ponies It was a very warm morning so the horses had a good hose off at the end, and the girls informed us they were all going to swim at the beach or the river

17.01.2022 Farming- horses- all of it really

16.01.2022 Baby Trev looking sooo comfortable in his little hay nest It’s a hard life for a little cat.

16.01.2022 Little Flash.....Waiting for his turn in the classroom. As always, we like to make sure our guests are comfortable with shade and water on a warm day before they head out for training. Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere is just a small part of what we work on here, whether the horses are here for complete breaking in or re-education, we believe in establishing a good routine along with compassion and respect Offer the best in physical and emotional care, and you can almost guarantee you will get no less in return

16.01.2022 I thought I would share a few pics of the start of my journey with Blackjack We have owned this fella for 2 years and he’s been a very pretty paddock ornament until recently, when Andrew was finally able to start him.. I can say it took this long because we have both been super busy, with client horses and lessons always taking priority over any of our own horses... but now is his time... Blackjack has a very special place in my heart, so it wasn’t hard to make the decision to hold onto him and not move him onto another home (considering he was a business purchase to be broken and sold) but somewhere within the last two years his status went from project to keeper When time allows, I intend to post updates as we progress in the coming months, good and bad, and possibly raise some interesting topics along the way Big brave Blackjack, what a journey we have ahead of us

13.01.2022 Welcome Rosie Rosie is here to get back into work after some time off, with particular focus on her issues with anxiety concerning pole work and pressure. Rosie has improved so much already in 4 sessions, we look forward to watching her progress in the coming weeks

10.01.2022 From our family to yours, we wish you all a safe and happy Christmas break and look forward more than ever to starting the new year We want to thank all our amazing lesson clients for their unwavering support and understanding during such a difficult year. We want to thank the clients who have trusted in us to train their beloved horses this year (the one thing we were allowed to do during lockdown!) .....and of course a big thank you to our agisters who have helped us s...tay afloat more than they know Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts Onwards and upwards for 2021 See more

10.01.2022 Lots of fun was had today for our first day camp of 2021!! Only a small group this morning, which worked in these girls favour as they all had a pony of their own Our new pony Lucky was a natural And it was also Crest’s first camp day, he was an absolute dream and took great care of each person who rode him

10.01.2022 Another great clinic, great people and well done

09.01.2022 This woman is doing such amazing things with a completely blind horse. I’ve been following for a little while and every video is so inspiring

04.01.2022 This series of pics show the obvious difference between ‘I’m not ok’ and.... ‘I’m ok, I think’ None of these pics show that the horse is completely relaxed with any part of this session. BUT...! There has been a definite progress and all we can do is show him the way and gently ask him to accept in his own time ... Convincing a horse to believe in himself and in us can be pretty straight-forward if he hasn’t had a lot of human contact...... but to try and convince a horse of this when he’s already been down the human road and it didn’t go well for him... well, that’s another ball game altogether!

03.01.2022 Most definitely

01.01.2022 An interesting arrangement of clouds here this afternoon! We are yet to receive any rain out of it though
