24.01.2022 In exactly 365 days the Opening Ceremony for AJ 2022 - 26th Australian Jamboree will be on! The Jamboree will be 11-days of fun adventure, with Scouts tackling a range of overnight and one-day expeditions, plus a huge range of onsite activities coupled with entertainment each and every night. 16.01.2022 Last night saw our final AJ roadshow for 2020 at Cambridge Scout Group! We had about 40 Scouts and parents keen to get the latest Jamboree news!! Thanks heaps to all the groups who’ve hosted our team this term! We’ve visited 24 Scout Groups, and many more have run their own info session. Awesome work Scouts WA! 15.01.2022 Huge thanks to Hampton Park Scouts for hosting our Jambassadors Josh, Rachelle and Mathew on Friday evening! Great support from the parents of Scouts heading to AJ2022, with lots of fundraising planned! Our Jambassadors shared all the latest AJ info. We talked about all the cool merch Scouts get at AJ, with one Jambassador claiming ‘Jamboree fashion is some of the best going around!’ A bold claim we can’t disagree with!! ... 15.01.2022 Jambassador Lauren rocked our biggest roadshow event yet tonight at Southern River Scout Group! Cubs, Scouts and Venturers were all super excited to take it to the next level at AJ2022! One Scout reflected on AJ2019 with this comment: ‘our campsite was pretty far away from stuff, and it was super dusty, so whenever we went somewhere it would take ages and it was dusty. But on those long walks in the dust I made the best of friends and had great conversations’! What a way to put a positive spin on the Tailem dust - we couldn’t have done it better ourselves!!! Thanks for having us Southern River - and don’t forget to register your EOIs!!!

03.01.2022 The AJ roadshow stopped in at Salter Point Scout Group tonight and woo-boy are they keen for AJ2022 (and Campwest 2021 ...)!!! Jambassadors Lauren and Dan fielded heaps of questions from Scouts and their parents about camping locations, activities, merch, flights and food! We also ran into the Branch Commissioner for Scouts who’s been to 8 - yea that’s right 8 - Jamborees!! Can anybody beat that record??? ...
