25.01.2022 We are very sad to say that our doors are closed indefinitely due to the lockdown of Japara. We will take this week by week and update you all when we know more. A big thank you to everyone for the enormous amount of support in our first week. Those who have appointments booked will hear from us shortly if you haven’t already! Thanks for your patience! ... We cannot wait until the doors open again, but for now remember to continue to support local, stay positive and stay connected! Much love to all! Ashlee

23.01.2022 Hi I’m Ashlee, the face behind AJAY Hair Studio! I have been hairdressing for over 10 years now and I love all things colour! If you know me, you know I love to chat! But what I love most about my profession is the variety of people I get to meet, the way I can make people feel good about themselves and interacting with my clients! ... I am really excited about my new space at Japara and I am looking forward to helping some of the residents look and feel amazing as well as meeting some new faces around town! While the salon is located within Japara, everyone is welcome to come in for an appointment (but please bring your proof of flu shot). Hope to see you soon!

10.01.2022 I am so excited to let you all know that I will now be opening every Wednesday and Friday starting this week. A reminder that when you get to the entrance on G...iles Street, you use the keypad to the right of the door to buzz the reception to let them know you are there for your appointment. Once the door opens, the receptionist will then go through the standard COVID protocols with you (temperature check etc.). You will be required to fill out a form and hand it in at reception and then you can come on in! We no longer require proof of flu shot.
