13.01.2022 Earlier this year we worked with Vespoli Constructions on the brand new Hungry Jack's store in Wangara, Western Australia. We installed the Yanmar GPAC unit (Gas Powered Air Conditioning), this is the first time Hungry Jack’s have installed this technology in a store, ATCO Gas Australia provided the mains gas line and our technician Ryan Ball installed the broiler and fryer canopies. https://ajbaker.com.au/projects-news

01.01.2022 We're loving the newest IGA at Iluka in Western Australia. We installed a range of remote and plug-in equipment for the store including the Bonnet Névé range of glass door freezers, serviced hot food display, self-service deli case, glass door dairy cases and the island produce & meat cases as well as the cool rooms. The refrigeration plant for this installation was crane lifted onto the roof where we installed the EPTA Eco2Small pack that operates on CO2 complete with the l...ow temperature, medium temperature and ETE compressors, we supplied the pack with sound proofing to not impact the surrounding businesses. 01.01.2022 What a fabulous find! Gina and Andrew at Chittering Acres have re-purposed this original AJ Baker Compressor and are now using it as a fireplace! To our knowledge it is one of two remaining in existence, the second one our Service Manager, Glen Moscarda, restored to be a working model and is now on display in our Perth showroom. Shannon Lovelady at the Museum of Perth has written about these compressors in our 100 Year Celebration book, due to be released later in the year.... The compressors were manufactured by AJ Baker in the early 1940s with only 84 units produced. Thank you to Kim Cramer for alerting us to this and to Gina & Andrew for allowing us to re-use the photos!
