If you have suffered loss as a result of the recent fires to call NIBA’s Need a Broker hotline 1300 53 10 73 so a member of the team can put them in touch with an insurance broker to help with their insurance claim. Those who already have an insurance broker should be speaking with their broker, if they have not already done so.

You can contact AFCA (Australian Financial Complaints Authority) on their bushfire support hotline 1800 337 444. Or you can contact NIBA's (National Insurance Brokers Association) bushfire initative - the Need A Broker hotline on 1300 53 10 73. NIBA will connect you with a qualified broker who has volunteered to help with claims from the bushfire crisis.... Contact the people who are there to help you, not the ones trying to profit from the disaster.
