15.01.2022 A tranquil walk through Springbrook National Park with my beautiful partner Donna and came across these beautiful little waterfalls as the water scampered down over the rocks. With the lack of natural light coming through the canopy it resulted in some pretty interesting photos. Here are just a few from the day.

14.01.2022 BoysTown, run by the De La Salle Brothers, was established in 1961. It was situated in Telemon Road, Beaudesert. BoysTown accommodated boys aged between 12 and 16 in seven cottages. The Beaudesert residential accommodation closed in 2001. A church survey has revealed BoysTown Beaudesert had the highest number of child sexual abuse claims made against a Catholic institution in the country.

10.01.2022 It's been a while since I've taken any storm photos, fortunately I had the chance to get the gear out and take a few shots of last nights storm. Love this photo and how the birds stand out near the main lightening and how it shows their response to it. Yep I really do like this one :)

07.01.2022 A day out at the remains of this country club. From what was an impressive golf and bowls club to the dilapidated remains after closing due to bankruptcy. Many years of vandalism and a couple fires, one which hit the news and others that were unfortunately set by fools that saw humour in it. Even though I found the place fascinating to photograph it is a shame to see it in this condition. I hope my photos do it some justice.

02.01.2022 I took this photo a few years ago and it is still one of my favourite shots. My beautiful niece and her daughter Maddie, Sammy was looking at her tummy and I noticed Maddie copying her mum. Too cute so I needed to take the shot :)
