24.01.2022 Well that was a terrible solar month September last year I made 147Kwh more than I did this year. There are a lot of factors that affect solar panels output, that are out of our control. The only things that we have control of is ensuring trees do not cast shadows keep them trimmed. And making sure the panels are not dirty, it only takes one panel to have a problem and it can have a massive affect on the entire system. If one panel has a issue say bird droppings and that one panel has lost 30% of output, every panel that is wired to it will also lose 30% out put. This is normally half of your panels that would be affected.

20.01.2022 October 2020 again like last month not great, I produced 80KWh less than October 2019. If I had not kept my panels clean it would have been worse. 17.01.2022 While the pigeon will breed at any time of the year, peak time for breeding is in the spring and summer time. Nesting sites located under solar panels are a health risk and fuel for and electrical fire. If you have a lot of pigeons hanging around your solar panels chances they are nesting under them. I have developed a new Pigeon proofing for your solar panels that is up to 30% cheaper than convention methods. However to get this low pricing I need to do about 15 to 30 homes,... to get things started. So I am looking for expressions of interest at this moment, you may have friends or family that are also having problems with pigeons. The installed price is $15 per lineal metre. 10.01.2022 This is a typical rural property, there panels normally need more regular cleaning than in the suburbs. Dirt roads, horse paddocks, slashing all kick up the dust.

09.01.2022 Another great solar day for this time of year 27/8/2020. As you can see from the table link below solar power changes a lot each day. There are a lot of factors that limit the solar exposure in the atmosphere. So when I am asked will I see an improvement in production after cleaning, the answer is yes, because your panels are now clean. 03.01.2022 Had a pretty good solar day 5/11/2020. 7.8KW solar system Tesla Powerwall 2 battery. Home usage 24KWH, solar production 43.1KWH, power from powerwall 13.2KWH. power from grid .9KWH sold to grid 21.5KWH. 96% self powered. Made about $1.15 after grid conection cost.
