25.01.2022 Do you know what a Buyer’s Advocate is? A buyer’s advocate is a licensed estate agent that works exclusively for the purchaser of a property. They are paid a commission or a set fee that is negotiated. A buyer’s agent represents the buyer to:... Source and search for properties Inspect the properties as a professional Assess the property in the current market Negotiate the sale either by private treaty or under auction conditions I also like to spend time with my clients and get to know what’s important to them so I can help them find the property that will suit them now and in the future. An important step that also helps them understand the process and what they need to consider. I like to know that from our very first meeting, to collecting the keys my clients have the confidence needed and the level of service to be expected when buying a house. Do you have any questions you need answered?

23.01.2022 Melbourne's property market is back on path as demand is flooding back. Another steady week of results from the 803 reported auctions over the weekend. While some of us are thinking about shopping, baking puddings and getting organised for Christmas, this week is going to be the biggest auction weekend of 2020 with 1260 properties set to test the market (as reported by realestate.com.au). With the easing of restrictions there are now no limits to the number of people attendi...ng an outdoor auction (so long as the density quotient is met...). Competition is expected to be high with the new housing grants on offer and reduction on stamp duty that has made some buyers decide to make a move sooner rather than continue to wait it out.. 13.01.2022 We’ve said goodbye to 2020.. a year that’ll be remembered for testing our strengths and making us find new ways of doing things. As most of us are planning for what the new year holds, it’s a good idea to prioritise and work on 1 thing at a time. I’m going to share that 1 thing that I’ve been planning very soon.... - Watch this space......

10.01.2022 As Christmas is fast approaching, I'm looking forward to enjoying some quality time with my family. I've set up a plan to be prepared, delegate what I can't or don't want to do and not put unnecessary pressure on myself. I'll let you know how that goes... as I head out today to make a start... I love what the day can mean and how making memories with your family is all that really matters. How are you managing your Christmas Mindset?

06.01.2022 It was the busiest auction weekend since March and the results are in.... Melbourne had a clearance rate of 82% according to the REIV which (interestingly) is 10% higher than this time last year. This month is traditionally a time to wind down but 2020 has seen a massive 67% jump in the amount of listings compared to the same time last year.... So, what does this mean? Well, I can tell you that the market is preparing to start back as early as 7th January 2021 instead of the normal 'post Australia Day' tradition. I also predict there'll be some activity happening in between now and then.... stay posted..
