25.01.2022 ASCENSION UPDATE: (May 20,2020) We are being prepared for HUGE UPGRADES in consciousness that will occur June 7th and onward until August. Therefore since Sund...ay, there has been an increase in physical clearing, and an overwhelming rush of emotions that are surfacing to release such as depression, grief, despair, rage and anger, along with emotional and mental trauma. We are repairing much of this through our redemptive dreaming patterns. There may be moments that you feel like your head and body are going through a meat grinder as we are being prepared for another co-creative initiation! Our masculine (mind/ego) is letting go of old rage, anger, fear and depression in order to transcend the ego and become a clear channel for more Light, thus allowing us to see ourselves and others without judgement, and therefore embody more love and wholeness within the collective consciousness. Incoming codes of Unification are rapidly coming on-line and we are being taken to the next level of inner alignment with these healing energies. We are in the process of allowing deep centering and alignment with energy conducive to the channelling of higher information. And we will gain deeper insights and understanding as our hearts are constantly renewed from Source. There are deep fear and anxiety within, and an increase in addictive patterns, as we intrinsically know these new levels of awareness will be happening. We are being asked to again explore and accept our own dark shadow side and release it to allow in more self-love, wisdom and light. 07.01.2022 Im really enjoying having more time at home to cook again #silverlinings When Im really busy Im just too tired to get creative and tend to keep things simple. These here are my favourite Spelt and Buckwheat pancakes and I hadnt cooked them in so long! Theyre also #sugarfree The recipe is from Jude Blereaus Wholefoods book. So easy and really delicious! I always use organic ingredients where possible. . 1/2 cup spelt flour 1/2 cup buckwheat flour 1 tsp baking powder... . Sift these ingredients. . Then add one whisked egg to the mix and slowly add 2/3 cup of non dairy milk whilst stirring (I use oat milk for this). I then add a splash of vanilla essence. . Leave to sit for 5 minutes. The mixture will start bubbling. Then heat the pan and add a touch of olive oil and cook away. . I serve them with berries, banana and maple syrup. I occasionally make cashew cream too but didnt this time. I also double or triple the mix depending on how many people Im cooking for.
