All of our Therapists and Staff are practising high hygiene standards including proper hand sanitisation before and after each client as we have always done so, however we have added more hand sanitizer stations across the spa and are washing more frequently than ever before. 20.01.2022 With restrictions slowly easing and normality on the horizon I have decided to finally take the step and hold my first meditation and healing workshop here in the Whitsundays. This is a perfect time to come together and meet like minded people wanting to incorporate meditation and healing into their busy lives. After years of practicing meditation both domestic and globally, I have created my own unique style of meditation using crystals and sound therapy in conjunction with ...energy work such as Reiki and breathing techniques. I look forward to this workshop being one of many and to be able to show and teach what I have learnt over the past 20 years. This workshop will commence on July 16th every Thursday for 6 weeks and will go for 1-1.5 hours. 17.01.2022 It breaks my heart to announce that Akashic Spa will be temporarily closing it's doors today as a preventitive measure to protect both staff and clients from the transmission of COVID-19 as advised by AMT ( Australian Massage Therapist Association ) and my insurer. 04.01.2022 EXCITING NEWS Akashic Spa will be opening for Remedial massage on Monday the 11th of May Firstly I would like to thank our wonderful community and my AMAZING clients for reaching out with such supportive words and thoughts over the past 7 weeks This has been such a scary time for us all and it means so much that I was in so many peoples thoughts during these hard times.
