24.01.2022 Bassbar fitting.

22.01.2022 It was a very significant trip to Japan. I brushed up on my skills at my mentor's workshop. My mentor is always welcoming. And I met a keen and talented cello player in this trip . He is kindly looking after my baroque cello and promised to show it to other players. Talking to professional musicians as well as amateur is always meaningful and fun. They help me to open mind to any type of music and ideas of sound. When I visited to few schools for repairing, I met enthusiastic young musicians and teachers. Also I visited couple of stores and talked about instruments and business. I believe that the music industry is very bright. Thank all of you who gave me your time and see you next time.

21.01.2022 Restoration work begins again.

18.01.2022 Needs more hair cut and facial adjustments.

18.01.2022 How many musicians know that Japan has a mass production violin factory? I visited Japan 2 years ago and brought back with me a violin made in the Ena violin workshop and I have been playing it since then. It's pretty reliable in any occasion such as really hot summer here Australia as well as wet winter even outside. The Ena violin workshop has been running for 60 years and dedicated to making instruments. More information is available at tatsunoya.co.jp.

16.01.2022 Waiting for gut strings to come.

07.01.2022 New workbench. Frame is done. Not exactly fancy looking but incredibly solid. My new workshop is nearly ready at new location.
