Even though it is a good market and there’s a high demand of buyers, a full classy marketing campaign is still necessary to help create more opportunities in receiving multiple offers. This is important as then the emotional demand will take the sale price to a figure that vendors won’t expect! In this case we received $10,000 over the top end of the asking price!
