23.01.2022 To date I have 3 adults who are keen to train. Looking for more to fill the lanes. Cater training sessions for all beginners through to able swimmers.

09.01.2022 Down to business. WAVES confirmed entry fee set at $3.00 for non members and members free. Several swimmers have the 'Energizers' membership. Worth looking into as it will allow full use of the complex. Lane hire and coaches will be included in term fees set at $7.50 per swimmer per session. For families with more than one swimmer a 'tier system' is available for term fees. This term will go for 6 weeks. First training session Tuesday November 10th, last Thursday December 17th. All training session times 6.30 - 7.30 AM. Break for Xmas resume training January 12th 2016.

03.01.2022 Woohoo! Off to a great start 6 teens confirmed for Tuesday morning swim & 7 for Thursday. Nothing like a swim in the morn to set you up for the day. Love it!

01.01.2022 It is that time of the year to celebrate with family and fiends and give back to the community. So my gift to the small group of parents and swimmers that dragged themselves out of bed for training is to waive my coaching fee for this term. As the saying goes, 'from little things big things grow', lets hope this is the case AKH Training in 2016. Thank you for your support, Merry Xmas and a Happy New Year. On that note morning training for teens will recommence in January on T...uesday 12th starting at 6.30 AM. I will endeavor to contact and touch base with existing swimmers to confirm attendance. Further to this in 2016 I would like to offer 1 hour swim training sessions for adults (group or 1:1) who are interested in improving swim stroke and pool fitness. I am available to coach AM or PM.
