21.01.2022 Morning Yogis! Fingers crossed this rain won’t last & we’ll be rolling our mats out on this stretch of beach next week! If you’re new to my classes I’ll be sending you out a health questionnaire. Please do complete this and email it back to me before the session. ... If you’re a regular but have a new health concern then please get in touch & let me know beforehand. If you can’t make the session, please do try to let me know beforehand so I can offer the space to someone else. Beach Yoga safety guidelines during Covid 19: Please bring your own mat & any props you may need. (I recommend a blanket.) I won’t be making any physical adjustments during the class Wash hands thoroughly before & after the session Please don’t attend if you have any symptoms of Covid 19 Remember to keep 2m apart at all times, including before & after the session See you on the beach!

16.01.2022 Well lovelies, since I’m now offering some beach yoga sessions I’ll no longer be posting links to free online yoga each Wednesday. However, below is a link to #britishwheelofyoga who have a fantastic timetable of free classes so do check it out if you are still wanting to do sessions at home but are struggling financially. Sadly, the weather forecast isn’t looking great for tomorrow’s session but I’ll see what it’s like in the morning & post on here tomorrow lunchtime if I n...eed to cancel. 04.01.2022 Well lovely yogis, do you fancy some Bay Beach Yoga? Now the guidelines have lifted a little, I’ve checked with my insurance & we’re good to go as long as we follow social distancing rules. It would obviously mean a maximum of 5 people plus me. But I’m happy to do a couple of classes if there are more than 5 interested. I know these are challenging times for lots of us financially, so there will be absolutely no charge for these classes. This is my way of gi...ving something back to our community in these strange times. If you can, & want to offer a contribution then you can pay whatever you feel, but I really don’t want anyone to not take part because of financial constraints. It will be my absolute pleasure to share yoga with you all again! Obviously classes will be dependent on tides & weather Next week’s high tides aren’t great but we could do: Monday 9th June 10.30- 11.30am NOW FULL Thursday 11th June 5.30- 6.30pm NOW FULL To ensure we stay within current guideline for group gatherings, I will need to know beforehand how many are coming so please do let me know in the comments below if you fancy joining & which day.
