03.01.2022 Do you have a ute or trailer full of lawn clippings? Even a couple of wheelbarrow loads that you've bagged up? We are calling for people (including lawn mowing ...businesses) to drop off their lawn clippings at our farm in Rampton Rd to help us continue to grow our wonderful vegetables, and also to help keep our employees in their jobs. Your lawn clippings will help us continue our compost tea making. We use the compost tea as fertiliser for our vegetable growing on the farm, and also feeds the microbes in our soil to help keep our soil healthy. Our vegetables are sold at markets and roadside stalls around the Fraser Coast. We have a dedicated lawn clipping area for drop offs on the farm with plenty of room to unload without hassle.
