20.01.2022 || Progress post || Back in 2019 when we took the roof off put the dance floor down Port Hacking Rd . .... . . We had so much fun on this project smashing out the new top floor frame work with roof on and water right in 3.5 weeks! . . . We worked closely with a local engineer on this project ensuring there was limited bounce in the timber floor frame and allowance for step downs in our wet areas so that when @tctiling came in to smash out the tiling works everything finished flush and level to avoid those unnecessary trip hazards!! . . . . This balcony has been exposed to the elements of nature for some time and needed a little TLC. We have removed the old treated pine boards, replaced the rotted timbers and laid a beautiful hardwood spotted gum timber board.
