24.01.2022 Tickets are available. We need to organise who is coming guys.

20.01.2022 Melbourne Region Venturer Unit Management Course at Bentleigh on 6 May: still 20 places left! Do you want some new ideas for your Venturer program? Do you think... your Venturer Unit could be doing more? Or are you thinking about doing your Queen's Scout but not sure how to get started? This course will give you plenty of resources and ideas for you and your Venturer Unit. It is suitable for all Venturers, new and old or anyone starting on their Queen's Scout. Date: Sunday May 6 2018 Bookings close Friday 27 April Leaders: We are always keen to have Leaders attend to observe or to be a mentor for the mock Unit Council meetings held during the course. It is a great development opportunity for new Leaders. Any Unit sending a number of Venturers would also ideally send Leaders too. There is no cost, just contact the course coordinator listed on the flier https://scoutsvictoria.com.au/media//umc-flyer-2018-may.pdf Hope to see you there! Bernadette De Vere

14.01.2022 IGLUTE 2018 The long-standing IGLUTE introductory snow-camping weekend enables Venturers and linking Scouts to learn basic snowcraft skills and to try cross-cou...ntry skiing and snowshoeing on Mt. Stirling’s trails. More experienced skiers can ski to the summit and take in its glorious views, while beginning cross-country skiers can develop their formative snow mobility skills on the gentler practice slopes and nearby trails.
