21.01.2022 Happy hump day everyone Lets work out?! Work it out Wednesday! 3 levels - start with what you think suits you! ... Option 1 - 100, 80, 60, 40, 20 (# of reps per exercise - decreases each round) Option 2 - 60, 40, 30, 20, 10 Option 3 - 40, 30, 20 10 -Overhead punches -Front punches (Jab, Cross) -Shuffles -Mountain Climbers -Bicycle Crunches -Plank taps (you can also do these on your knees) I used tins of fruit from the pantry instead of dumbbells but grab whatever you can find...it is a time where we need to improvise Please PM me if you need modified exercises or have any questions

06.01.2022 While covid-19 is changing life as we know it! It is still important to support each other in any way we can As advised by Fitness Australia I will no longer be taking any sessions as it will be a breach to my insurance and advice given at a global level. It is still important for people to keep active and workout in their own environment. Did you know that 30 minutes of exercise per day can boost your immune system......why would you choose not to?! ... Heres a little one I did today... 10 rounds 10 Burpees 10 Squats (I added weight) 10 Push ups (Try to get as many out on your toes before dropping to your knees) 10 Sit ups A great full body workout that doesnt take up too much time Thank you for your ongoing support and I very much look forward to when life is back to normal as I am sure everyone does. Stay safe and self isolate if you can

04.01.2022 Hope you all had a great weekend It has been a challenge social distancing but makes it easier knowing we are all in this together! #stayhome A few have asked if I could do some online training. So here goes....nerve racking but did it! Mondays workout (never miss a Monday )... 40 seconds work:10 seconds rest 1. Squat and press (I used a plate weight but you could use a dumbbell or even a empty milk bottle filled with water) 2. Upright Row 3. Burpee with 2 knee lifts (you dont have to use a step) 4. Squat + 2 lunges 5. Russian twists x 10 + 5 sit ups with overhead press. Aim for 3-5 rounds (or how ever many you can start with) P.s This is a bit faster (1.5 x faster ) Thank you for the inspiration Rebecca Petty Sampson HAPPY MONDAY PEEPS

AMRAP (As many rounds as possible) Set your timer at chosen time and repeat the below exercises My timer was set for 15 mins! Legs 10 x double pulse squat 10 x heel tap squat jumps (can do a normal squat or squat jump) 10 x donkey kicks L leg 10 x fire hydrants L leg 10 x donkey kicks R leg 10 x fire hydrants R leg You could even up your reps to 15 or 20 for that extra challenge?! Lets see how many rounds you can get Finisher challenge max wall sit (see how long you can get on your timer) Please PM me if you need modified exercises or have any questions
