24.01.2022 Yes we are flying and here’s proof:) Charter flights have been on for a while for essential services. Tourist and holiday flights can be taken in NSW and Vic now. SA next month(July 20) and hopefully Qld sometime in July. Time to start dreaming of your next getaway.

13.01.2022 Good news, we’re now able to take scenic flights around Regional Victoria. Today’s special flight was a 90th birthday present for Dorothy Schneider. I feel very privileged to have taken her for her first ride in a small aeroplane. Great views around the Jeparit, Dimboola and Nhill area.

13.01.2022 When ‘the rules’ say you have to fly into NSW via Sydney. Not the most direct route but we had our papers sighted and our temps checked. The team I’m flying are ‘ critical workers’. Not tourists. Thanks to ‘Executive Jet’ for enabling us at Kingsford Smith airport. Also lots of kind people helping and trying their best in strange times.

11.01.2022 Take a look at the recent rain that’s fallen in the middle of Australia. It will mean creeks are flowing, dusty hills being slowly transformed as the green emerges and wildlife will be breeding up and feasting on the transformed landscape. 05.01.2022 Flying into Sydney. Great views...we landed on a 3962m runway. (3000 more than usual). The photo is of the taxiway, which is larger than most runways. An escort car to our handler and the ‘checks’. Relaxed for 10 mins in the executive lounge. Felt super important for those 10 mins then on our way to Tibooburra.

05.01.2022 Is anyone needing to fly up to the Newcastle/ Tarree/ Port Macquarie area? I have someone who needs to go soon but wants to share the flight to make it more affordable. Flexible with days. About 4 hours each way.

04.01.2022 You might be interested in the little desert fire today. How it grew from a speck at 4pm to an inferno that burnt a path across the little desert Nat. Park. Last photo at 8pm. Lots of fire fighters on the job, 2 fire bombers and 2 spotters- me & Lee being one of the planes. Then a team of people on radios and plotting in Stawell, Horsham.
