24.01.2022 A beautiful email was sent to our (pictured) store manger @carina_mekrizis today, touched our hearts and made what we do feel really validated, We will share with you all Hi all, My daughter and I were in your shop yesterday morning.... Firstly, can I say what an awesome experience it was your service was hands down . THE BEST! I’m not sure of the young lady’s name but she made my daughter Annika feel like a person. She spoke to her as a young lady and really made her feel good about trying on a bikini with her dopey Dad in the shop. THANKS so much for that. Annika felt so happy after. I too want to pass on my thanks to the chap I was being served by. Mate, you were so good to mea bloke who is so out of his depth when it comes to wet suits. You guys made buying stuff fun! We spoke about you guys when we got home and I told my wife Dani about your reference of Pam Burridge re lessons for Annika and what a role model she is, particularly for young girls growing up. We went to Mollymook after, had a nice lunch, put on our wet suits and were the only 2 in the watercatching waves for about an hour.AWESOME!
