23.01.2022 The ALA is pleased to advise the federal government has announced the distribution of $2 million per year to boost state and territory compression garment subsidy schemes. The announcement included the launch of a scheme in South Australia. Up until now, South Australians living with lymphoedema have not had access to any sort of compression garment subsidy. The ALA would like to acknowledge the advocacy of those who have worked tirelessly to achieve this outcome in SA, in ...particular Monique Bareham of the Lymphoedema Support Group SA.
