19.01.2022 Day 4 Garage work out with my little team.. Well it was chaos and I had little helpers everywhere. Mathletics was done in the form of setting mums reps, sets and amrap time. They counted every rep and then added shuttle runs at the end (little devils) ... My dogs decided to join in on the fun and it turned into a family workout. I'm finding I have low days(yesterday) and then good days. I keep reminding myself to take it one day at a time and not to worry about tomorrow. Being outside in the fresh air and staying off social as much as I can. You will see my amrap in the photo, give it a try and let me know how many rounds you got. Again I would love to see how you were active today and also share any meals you have made. Stay strong

15.01.2022 First day back for home school. I survived and so did my girls.. Just I have managed to hide in my garage and get a workout done with no interruptions... Winning.... Now I'm thinking about dinner I'm thinking it's soup weather. I hope you are all well and if need anything please don't hesitate to contact me

09.01.2022 What's for lunch? I love a colourful bowl

09.01.2022 Day 3 Stairs and fresh air I had planned to get up nice and early and go for a walk but after a very late night (early morning) trying to connect to centrelink I decided to take the extra sleep. My girls and I went for a little walk after breakfast to start the day.... After some sad news that our annual Easter camping trip had to be cancelled, everyone was feeling very low. It's the one trip we all look forward to.. After lunch I decided we all needed fresh air to clear our minds and reset our mood. There are a lot of stairs on this walking track and it sure gets your heart racing on the way back up. My daughters opinion is "its fun on the way in but not on the way back" Tomorrow I plan to get up early and go for a walk and take my resistance band for a mini workout. 04.01.2022 Day 4 Core and legs After I had my girls and my back injury a couple of years ago I have felt weak in my core. I've decided it's core day every day now My Thursday night crew will be happy ... Having a strong core doesn't always mean flat stomach, I'm looking to improve my contol in movements, improve my posture, improve my back strength after injury and my balance. My challenge to you is to pick a core exercise and improve on that. For me I have chosen bosu plank. These were hard for me today, I want to increase my time. Comment your chosen exercise below and I will help you with technique

02.01.2022 Quick morning AMRAP before everyone is awake.. I like to exercise in the morning, it prepares me for a productive day and also helps me eat better during the day. I seem to make better choices knowing how hard I trained in the morning. It also takes away the mental load of trying to fit a workout in when the day gets busy.
