20.01.2022 SAVE THIS RECIPE Super easy veggie fritters Hormone balancing and super nourishing... Perfect for grab and go breakfast Makes an easy and protein packed lunch Great way to get in extra vegetables Great for little ones they can eat and play without the mess Great for little ones that won’t eat their veggies Ingredients 2 large carrots 1 large zucchini 2 shallots 2 eggs 1/2 cup of buckwheat flour 1 tsp baking powder pinch of salt extra virgin olive oil for cooking Method: 1. Grate carrot and zucchini and finely dice shallots. 2. Place vegetables in large mixing bowl and add 1/2 cup flour, baking powder and salt. 3. Beat the eggs and add to the mixture. 4. Mix until well combined. 5. Heat extra virgin olive oil on pan on medium-high heat. 6. Using a tablespoon add 1 heaped tablespoon of the mixture at a time to the pan. 7. Flatten with the spoon ensuring it resembles fitter shape. 8. Flip after about 4-5 minutes and cook until completely cooked through. 9. Enjoy! Makes approximately 7 fritters. Serving suggestions Serve with rocket, avocado and pickled onion. Serve with my beetroot relish and avocado. 18.01.2022 Easy lunch prep for the week Roast 2 x red capsicums and 3 x zucchini in extra virgin olive oil. Roast 3 x pieces of salmon in oven with lemon juice and olive oil. Cooked 1 cup of brown rice. Store all ingredients in glass containers in the fridge and assemble together the night before serve with 1 cup of rocket for extra greens! Lunch for 3 x days done! 04.01.2022 Seaweed sprinkle recipe is here. This makes the perfect snack or addition to fish based meals. High in iodine for healthy hormone function. Let me know in the comments below if you try it out Ingredients 2 x nori sheets ... 1 tsp sesame oil 2 Tablespoons coconut aminos 2 tablespoons sesame seeds Method Preheat oven to 120 degrees Celsius Chop nori into small sections Coat with sesame oil, coconut aminos and sesame seeds Mix well then place in the oven for 15-20 mins Remove from oven and allow to cool Store in fridge

03.01.2022 Super simple brown rice noddles and veggies Ingredients 30g cashew nuts... 1/2 bok choy 1 zucchini Brown rice noodles coconut aminos extra virgin olive oil tahini sesame oil Boil water and cook brown rice noodles as per packet instructions (apporox 8 mins). Sautee 30g cashew nuts, 1/2 of a bok choy and 1 zucchini in @co garlic infused olive oil. Once the vegetables have started to wilt add 3 tablespoons coconut aminos. Sprinkle some chilli flakes on top. In a separate bowl mix together 3 tablespoons coconut aminos, 1 tsp tahini, 1 tsp sesame oil. Serve brown rice noddles in bowl, top with cashew and vegetable mix, top with sauce! Let me know if you make this recipe I would love to hear if you enjoy it xx

02.01.2022 SAVE THIS RECIPE EASY MEAL PREP LUNCH IDEA Roast pumpkin, zucchini and quinoa salad with honey mustard dressing. 1 small butternut pumpkin... 3 zucchini Rocket Parsley Cobrham estate garlic infused extra virgin olive oil Cherry tomatoes Sea salt Dijon mustard Method: 1. Chop zucchini and pumpkin and coat with extra virgin olive oil and sea salt. 2. Roast vegetables for 30 35 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius. 3. Cook 1 cup of quinoa as per packet instructions. 4. Once quinoa and vegetables are cooked mix them together in a large mixing bowl. (allow to cool in fridge or serve warm for warm salad) 5. To a bowl add rocket, cherry tomatoes and the quinoa and vegetable mix. Top with dressing and enjoy! For the dressing 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil (garlic infused if you like the taste) 1 tsp of Dijon mustard or depending on taste preference 1 tsp of honey #pcos #hormonebalance #hormonehealth #pcosdiet #preconception #pregnancy #fertility #fertilitynaturopath
