25.01.2022 Set up and already. Apparently rain isn’t getting here until 1 so fingers crossed it’s after we’ve packed up. Perfectly still morning and soooo many stalls here. Great range of product.

16.01.2022 Hello to all of my followers. It is with deep regret that I’m putting Alana’s Kokedamas business on hold for this year. I have been given a full time teaching contract and it’s impossible to do both. I’d like to thank you all fir your love and support over the years. But in saying.... my loss is your gain. I’m selling all my stock in another post. stay tuned.

13.01.2022 For sale: Massive begonia maculata or polka dot plant two available. These guys are huge between 70-80cm in height. These can be grown indoors or in a shaded/sheltered position outside. $65 each or $120 for both. Pick up Williamstown.

05.01.2022 Hi my lovelies. Finally found some time to work on this beast of a demijohn. I thought I’d take pics of the different stages of making. Plants include maiden hair fern, white fusion and some pink fittonia. There is three different mosses as well as slate pieces and twisted sticks. This will be auctioned over the next week.

04.01.2022 Getting ready for this one. It was tremendous last year (almost sold out in the first hour) so I’ll have plenty of stock at this one. Weather is looking good too. Should be a very pleasant evening. Hope to see you there!

I know it’s going to be a huge success gorgeous venue, beautiful produce and yummy cafe. Oh and don’t forget the wine!

My own soil mix to keep it light and fluffy and then finished with a good amount of springtails to keep the mould and decay at bay and in turn fertilise the plants. Because it is a sealed terrarium it shouldn’t much looking after. May need a spray mist occasionally due to the glass ball not being an air tight seal.
