25.01.2022 With the summer not to far away the client wanted to contain the A/C to the main living area, we installed a timber frame and architraves then an internal door to match the existing ones to one side of this large hallway.

23.01.2022 This is the latest job we have completed, 90x19 merbau deck, picture frame surround with 3x merbau deck oil applied to this, with camo hidden fixings this gives a great smooth finish to a good hardwearing product

23.01.2022 This morning we completed this alfresco deck outside of the master bedroom to this beautiful property Old deck was removed from the client and this new aged wood decking from the new tech wood range was installed onto the existing framework Great product to work with with a great result

18.01.2022 Wasted space at home? Wanting to make additions to the layout? Recently we installed a dividing wall and new doorway with flush ply door, this created a walkin cupboard/pantry on one side and an open space for an office area or maybe a kids corner ( picture was before we carried out plastering works)

18.01.2022 Hallway looking dark with no natural light? today we fitted a couple of glazed internal doors, not only are they nice decorative doors but they give you that natural light throughout the hallway (These doors come primed and still require a final coat from the client)

15.01.2022 Like wine? (Silly question) We have been busy manufacturing this wine rack not only does it take up this dead space in the fridge alcove, its very handy to store those lovely bottles of red. This is as far as we go tho, we will leave the stocking of this to our lovely customers. We used licorice linea boards to match in with this lovely kitchen

15.01.2022 With this master bedroom tight for space we cut a section of wall out to create an opening to accommodate additional wardrobe space We also installed a partition between the bedroom and living area and completed this project with sliding doors to give additional storage space to the living area

14.01.2022 Recently we have carried out a project, removing internal passage doors and steel frames, replacing with wooden frames and new architraves followed by the installation of these lovely hume doors (xs 24 range) (Client to carry out painting/plastering as required) A dirty job to begin with but this is just an obstacle no barrier.

14.01.2022 Time to tidy up the office area? Simple but effective. Today we removed the old glass desk and organised this area to be more efficient and easier to work with Happy with the results

13.01.2022 Renovating your home? One of the first upgrades would be the entry door, recently we removed the old dated small entry door with screen and installed a 1200mm hardwood hume door from the savoy range, this included a new meranti frame (fully sealed) with matt black finished hardware including the threshold weather bar which we painted to suit, this was then finished off in a dark oak stain (thank you David chapman painter & decorator) Great result

13.01.2022 A replacement roof sheet was part of the job today, with a bit to much sun coming through the alfresco area the client wanted to shade this to a certain extent plus cover the ageing roof sheets. Today we installed natural bamboo screening to the underside of the roof framing. The customer was delighted with the outcome and was a nice little job to carry out

12.01.2022 A job in progress...... Our client in Rockingham wanted to loose the dated "sunroom " and replace this with a more modern addition. This was removed for us and we have been lucky enough to bring back our scottish expertise and install a timber framed kit to form an new sunroom with glazed hardwood doors with a new tin sheeted roof (installed by client) We still have a new glazed Payne to install aswell as hardwood cladding and archatraives before this little gem is complete. 07.01.2022 Recently we enclosed this alcove space around the wood fire and to cover the flue. This gives a nice built in apperance. (Now ready for the boards to be plastered over and decorated) **This heating unit is fitted within an insulated zero clearance box and triple skinned zero clearance flue kit, which complies with manufactures regulations to allow this type of frame to be used**

06.01.2022 This latest project has been a very exciting one indeed, located at a beautiful property this decked area around the custom pool really makes an excellent outdoor area. WIth the pool blanket installed to the underside of the Modwood deck with easy access it certainly leaves great space to enjoy a cool plunge during the summer days

We do them all Installation of security screen was the job for this morning in Secret Harbour The client purchased a universal screen some time ago, we rebated and installed a hardwood frame to accommodate this after putting together the screen door itself. This is now ready for the client to paint & match existing

04.01.2022 Lately we have been working on this deck, with a large amount fill and garden bed with a brick sourround we have raised a deck level over the whole area and installed a timber frame with a nice trelice finish to give privacy to surrounding neighbours The client opted for composite decking which looks really well and will give him a maintenance free outdoor area

04.01.2022 Walls looking a bit bare & boring? Look at the difference with some skirting boards installed. Today we finished the installation of 'lambs tounge' profile skirtings to this beautiful property throughout the main living areas. *client to paint*

03.01.2022 Today we completed this job for a local community centre, this consisted of us cutting a section of gyorock wall out and installing a pass door to make access for a new office area Painting works to be completed by the client

Today we completed the installation of 67mm colonial pre finished mdf skirting boards, through out the main living areas of this lovely house in halls head (Client was wanting to paint after install) what a difference there sliding boards make at a very affordable cost. 03.01.2022 Certainly job satisfaction today. We finished off our part of the kitchen install for Halo Team in mandurah at there new premises. This was a 2nd hand kitchen kindly donated to a great cause and I donated a bit of time to them for the installation, there staff worked really well and gave me a rough idea as to how they wanted this to be set out and with a few alterations we have managed to achieve a great kitchen area for the staff here at team Halo.
