23.01.2022 One of our specialties: cord replacement on a few sets of old style counterweight windows. The cords can fray and even break with age and use, making the window very difficult to use. Replacing these without damaging any of the surrounding trim is a bit of an art, especially when time or other constraints don't allow for re-painting.
07.01.2022 A quick and simple job for a change - some landscaping steps down a steep bank. H4 treated timber and all galvanized fixings mean that these steps will be around as long as the owner wants them to be. Not a glamorous job, but it was a great chance to check up on our previous work. 15 years ago we built this massive deck overlooking the Caboolture river for the same client. Even though the 2011 floods came close to the top of the stumps, this deck looks and feels as good as when it was first put together.
