25.01.2022 Something new I've been playing with is Traffalyte labels. This is self-adhesive in silver on black and sized to match the original badge. This does differ slightly from the original if you look hard enough but I can modify them to say anything. Second image is just a demo on melamine sheet to see how it looks. I can make these with any wording or font with one badge costing around the $30 or the pair for $50. I can make more or less any form of badge with any wording ...but may cost a little extra depending the complexity. I've thought of Bruiser Cruiser, Alans Cruiser, Hiway Cruiser, Patrol Bruiser and Brutial Cruiser. Label is 1.6mm thick and appear Orthotic to all be close inspection. 24.01.2022 With the end of the year rapidly approaching little gifts for the teacher are becoming popular. These are available almost the next day with the custom names on them for only $10.

24.01.2022 At last our Elf has a chair. "Alan's Custom Laser Art" is offering miniature chairs for a poor little Elf with nothing to sit on. Made from white melamine and laser cut, $15 plus $5 freight, or $10 in the flat pack.

18.01.2022 Its official, I will be at the Willows Markets on Sunday. I am working to finish numbers of the products in the photos.

17.01.2022 I will be at the Woodlands Village Market this saturday as well as the Willows Market this weekend. I have quite a few new things in my range of goods to tickle any fancy. Most of what I do is customers images in a range of new and interesting formats. If you can make it come and check out what I can do. The range of products is only limited by your imagination.

17.01.2022 I have loads of items listed on here and lots more besides, but as this work is all custom I only have the market stock on hand. Everything else is made when ordered. That means anything can be modified by size colour or have names or comments added. This means that the only limitation is you imagination.

16.01.2022 lots of new products have been completed over the break and will all be on display when I return to the Willows market on the 12th of March. The break have saved me from most of the heat and been a great opportunity to work on some of the projects like the light box, framed paper patterns and the our family frames, I didnt get time to complete last year. Im looking forward to showing it all next market day. Alan.

15.01.2022 Im making progress on a new item I have been commissioned to make which is taking some considerable time to work out. The first parts are made just working on the next part now. Pics and description when I have it completed.

05.01.2022 This is something I have been waiting to try for a while and final had the time to try it. Its laser cut coloured card building up to make the image in a frame. I think this has a lot of potential and my mind is spinning with the possibilities. All the seasons greetings and watch out in the new year for the pics of all the Christmas presents Ive been making.

05.01.2022 I will be back at the markets tomorrow in E6 next to the fishing gear sort of opposite the main arched entrance to the Willows. I have some new lines including the rough timber coasters and new signs. Drop in and say hi and let me know if you have any Custom Laser items to be made or if you have any ideas I can help with.

04.01.2022 I have been asked to investigate making a working pendulum clock. This will probably be in the form of a kit, with all the pieces cut on the laser and ready to assemble. I have plans for a paper folded clock whos original design dates back to France before the second World War. This kit will most likely be enhanced with some components that are 3D printed because this will make for a more user friendly construction. As a pendulum clock the accuracy is controlled by adjustment of the pendulum and the result can be a very accurate clock. Im planning on putting a series of items up here as I pass each step in the process.

04.01.2022 Tis the season to be silly, and I have been creating silly signs, and experimenting with coloured signs to see how they look. Signs 20cm x 30cm are $19.95 approximately each depending on amount of detail and material required. "Alans Custom Laser Art" is offering one sign "Free", to the person with the silliest sign. 03.01.2022 Alans Custom Laser Art is based around Laser cutter/engraver and is manufacturing any tricky little things we can think of. The restriction is only the imagination. I can cut or engrave anything up to 500mm x 700mm and with lots of effort jobs can be joined. Photos can be engraved onto wood, leather, perspex, felt, tile and granite.

02.01.2022 Well the silly season is almost here. Alans Custom Laser Art has been busy at work making all sorts of things for people for Christmas presents but Im sworn to secrecy till after Christmas. With time on my hands I have been into mischief and here are a few pics to prove it.
