09.01.2022 With just under 4 weeks out from nsw ifbb titles tonight's leg workout went like this: Leg extensions 200 reps Squats 12 sets x 8-12 reps Lying hamstring curls 6 sets to failure supersetted with walking lunges 12 steps each set Seated calf raises 5 sets x 16-20 reps followed by leg press calf raises 4 sets to failure..... After a few minutes break it was then off to the treadmill for 45 minutes of varied inclined cardio! Btw i was finished by the end of the 200 reps!!
