24.01.2022 HERE’S A MONDAY CHALLENGE FOR YOU! Mondays can be awesome! Yes, you heard me...... If you love what you do, Monday can be the best day of your week. Maybe you’re not yet in love with Monday, you may not yet have found the path you should be on, or want to be on... But that’s ok! Mondays can still be magical. Small steps can make a big difference! I challenge you to love Monday. I’d love for you to find your awesomeness in your Monday, and every other day too! Sound too good to be true? Here are a few suggestions to help you get started... 1. Wake up and smile. This may seem silly, but you should definitely try it. It’s a way to tell your brain that today is going to be a great day. Think of something that makes you happy. Take a big stretch and get up and start your day. 2. Tell yourself you’re amazing. This can be a real challenge, but do it anyway. Like anything else, it gets easier with practice. Pick out one or two things that you love about yourself and acknowledge them. 3. Make someone else’s morning delightful. This is the best thing, a simple smile at someone in the morning, Surprise your loved one, share something positive with others and help them have a good morning, it makes you feel good too! 4. Drink a glass of water and eat a snack before you start your day. Fuel your body for the long day ahead. 5. Be grateful for what you have. In the grand scheme of life, your Monday probably isn’t that bad. Think of people that are less fortunate than you and give thanks to what you have. Be grateful for your heath, your loved ones, your current financial status, and your career. Without these things, life would not be as beautiful, would it? 6. While driving to work, listen to music that you love and think about happy things! Its great dance while you drive! (Safely of course!) It’ll make you feel positive, good music brings a smile moment to everyone! 7. Prioritize, prioritize, prioritize! Let’s face it, Mondays sometimes ask us to do more things than we are capable of. Make a list, and work through it one thing at a time. 8. Take a time-out. Even if it’s just for a few moments, it can make a crazy Monday at the office feel much better. 9. Give out three compliments each day. Im sure it will make someone else’s day and you’ll feel a sense of happiness and kindness. 10. Reconnect with what you want. Find what you love, what you enjoy, and what gives you a sense of purpose, make sure you do it! Practice what you love! I LOVE MONDAYS! Get in touch, if you’d like to find out a bit more.
