21.01.2022 The suburbs and towns that recorded the highest total value of house and unit sales across SA in 2020 have been revealed. With such a strong SA market, it will be interesting to see what happens coming months and throughout 2021. Home buyers have splashed more than a whopping $346 million on properties in just two Adelaide suburbs this year more than any other areas across the city. CoreLogic head of research Eliza Owen said overall the Adelaide market had held strong throu...gh the pandemic. Figures reveal Mount Barker and Adelaide recorded the highest total value of house and unit sales respectively in the year to September 2020. Prospect notched the second highest total value of house sales, with Morphett Vale, Somerton Park and Magill following closely behind. Meanwhile, Glenelg, North Adelaide, Glenelg North and Mawson Lakes rounded out the top five suburbs where the most money was spent on units.
