Heart Brain Harmony(Heart Brain Coherence), please refer to link below which I'd encourage you to watch beforehand so you can understand exactly why you're doing it.... Here's an overview: 1. Gently touch your heart centre and place your awareness there. 2. Slow the breathing down- inhale 5 counts exhale 5 counts, this activates a supportive chemical response in the body. 3. Create an elevated feeling in the heart - Care, Appreciation, Gratitude,Compassion (for anything or anyone) stay there as long as you like, then visualise spreading the elevated feeling to your body, the immediate environment, over the Great Southern and the Planet, land back into your heart space.
