21.01.2022 Albany Pony Club riders did the club super proud this weekend at the State Show Jumping Championships held at Serpentine PC. It was lovely seeing the yellow jum...pers going around many courses & you all doing us proud. It was a pity Addi Moir, wasn't in the photo but she had an excuse as she was off jumping her little heart out & representing our club. There were lots of ribbons and trophy rugs presented to our members. Well done APC team See more

21.01.2022 The Albany Pony Club Great Southern Zone ODE held over the weekend was a fantastic success despite the horrendous weather! We had 66 entries with riders travelling from Capel, Northam, Cuballing, Perth and surrounds as well as riders from our local clubs. It was also great to see so many Open riders enter. Thank you all for your participation and we congratulate you all on riding in such tough conditions. Thanks to our Officials: Technical Delegate Peter Madigan who double...d as an educator these past few weeks Dressage Judges - Angela Shepherd, Phoebe Johnson and Lena Skovsted XC Course Designer Jill Robbins / Maggie Hill (on the day) Showjump Builder Barbara Cook who also took on the onerous task of Ktrials organiser Showjump Judge Peter Cook Veterinarian (& XC starter) Colin Davey Scorers Barbara Cook, Vicki Taylor Appeals Committee Kelly Whitelock, Denise Legge & Debbie Bell Thanks to the many volunteers who made it possible to run such a day. We had an incredibly well-oiled machine running in the canteen thanks to Tanya our canteen manager and the cake donations were amazing! Thanks to those of you who volunteered to help out on the day and to those of you who got on with their helper duties and did more than their fair share. It was not easy or pleasant in the rain that never seemed to stop. A big thanks to Anne Lasini (Rustic Pics) and Sheldon Nouchy (SWB Photography) for braving the elements.
