22.01.2022 Moving through 2020 has presented challenges for all. During these times it is important to remember to be thankful for the things in life that bring us joy, no matter how small - a flower blooming outside your window; a call from a friend; time spent getting lost in a favourite novel; or simply taking a walk through your garden. It is recognising these simple pleasures and being grateful for them that help us continue through. What are you grateful for? - World Gratitude Day 2020

Today is Pregnancy & Infant Loss Remembrance Day - a day we would gather for a service to remember the young lives no longer with us. As this is not possible this year, let us remember them in other ways: visiting their memorial, lighting a candle, taking a moment of silence, or by sharing photos or memories.
