24.01.2022 FERGUSON TAKES LEADING TRAINER HONOURS Busselton trainer Terry Ferguson walked away with the Albany trainers’ premiership at the conclusion of Friday night’s last meet. Ferguson trained 15 winners from 39 starters at an outstanding strike rate of almost 40 per cent.

20.01.2022 Stage 3 is now open meaning that travel is not restricted in WA and events can happen with 100 people and businesses are now opening their doors again. With all this happening in WA our country racing venues have not received their race meetings back meaning regional trainers are travelling 100’s kms just to be able to race their horses. This is now becoming near impossible as smaller stables simply don’t have the funds to be able to keep travelling the kms just to be able to... race. Let’s all stand together and support these country venues to get their race meetings back so we can support each other during this hard time and get on the other side of this pandemic to continue Harness Racing in WA in the future ahead. Please express your support to these clubs by writing to RWWA in request of returning meetings back to the country racing venues. #weareinthistogether See more

Tonight’s main event is HEAT ONE OF THE HARRY CAPARARO PRELUDE. Harry was a big influence to the Harness Racing Industry but also the breeding of Standabred Horses. Vale Harry. ... 03.01.2022 Hey everyone. We are trying to organise trials for Thursday 5:00pm. If you are keen you must nominate on the RWWA website by Wednesday 8:00am. The cost of the trial will be divided by the number of horses running. Total cost will be about $450 which will then be divided by number of horses. Way cheaper than driving to Wagin. Cheers Grizzly

01.01.2022 I just want to say a massive thank you to all the trainers, drivers, owners and supporters who have made this season such a great one. Last night was our last meeting and it was definitely a great way to end the season. A huge shout out to Petra and all the committee members, without you AHRC wouldn’t be the great club it is. We appreciate everything you do to keep our club running. I know it takes a lot of hard work. You’re all amazing for what you do. To all the trainers,... owners and drivers, good luck for all you future engagements at all the other race meetings in our off season. We will be cheering for you. Hope to see you all back next season.
