22.01.2022 Ever considered what you would lose when your computer stops working? All those Family photos, Holiday snaps, Grandma's Family recipe, Emails, Tax documents. Gone! Now I know we tech people do our best to work miracles in getting your photos and documents back but sadly its not always possible and its getting harder to do. Inevitably the questions will be asked "Do you have a Backup?, When was the last time you did a Backup?"... Often the answers are "No" or "6 Months ago". 17.01.2022 Please be wary of people on the phone claiming to be from Telstra. There seems to be an increase in scam callers lately. I'd hate to see someone get caught. As a general rule Telstra will not call you. Unless you have an outstanding fault or your waiting for a call back.... They will never ask for your password or credit card details. If in doubt hang up. This is also the same for the ATO or Microsoft. Neither company will ever ring you.
