As we head into the 2020 Easter long weekend, I just wanted to acknowledge how much we at AHL appreciate our tenants and the flexible way th...ey have been working with us during these challenging times. We take our responsibility to our tenants and our staff regarding their health and safety extremely seriously and will continue to do so through the measures we have shared with you previously, and other measures as they arise. Our team are still here working on critical maintenance issues for you and responding to your queries, just in a slightly different way through telephone and email contact. Whilst not the way we like to manage our relationship with you, this is the best way to achieve a balance between safety and service to you whilst we collectively ride out the impacts of COVID-19 and the necessary social distancing outcomes that flow from it. We know that for some of our tenants, times are tough. Please contact your property manager to discuss any issues you may have with your tenancy and we will do all we can to assist. 13.01.2022 Advance Housing office will be re-opening to the public on the 8th June, 2020 Our new office opening hours are 8.30am - 4.00pm Monday - Friday. To protect our tenants, staff and the community, all Covid-19 health & safety protocols will remain in place.
