24.01.2022 Christmas parties are in full swing. After a hectic 2020, it's nice to be able to meet with colleagues and friends and, for many people, relax with a few drinks. There are many reasons to consider limiting the number of alcoholic drinks you might indulge in, including the additional calories that will take a huge amount of exercise to burn off.... If you plan on drinking 4 beers at a party, remember the drinks alone will require a full hour of running to allow you to burn those calories. And if you're leaning towards the champers and drink a bottle of bubbles, that's an hour and a half of weights training. Try and add in a few extra glasses of mineral water instead of alcohol, watch when your glass is topped up so you know how much you're drinking. See more
