11.01.2022 Ever seen Black Garlic? Slowly heated over a few weeks the garlic goes through a maillard reaction rather than caramelization. The taste is sweet and syrupy with hints of balsamic vinegar or tamarind. Black garlic can be eaten alone, on bread, or used in soups, sauces or even a side!
