Players will be placed into teams and discussions will be held between the coach & parents to set a suitable training day and time. ... FSC Flare will be hosting a 7-week Development Program at Terry Reserve for 9 to 12-year-olds conducted by highly qualified FSC coaches. 04.01.2022 GAMES TRAINING COACHING CERTIFICATE COURSE DATE: 12th & 13th Dec 2020 TIME: 9:00am - 4:00pm VENUE: Ian McLennan Park... Tag your coach/manager In preparation for the 2021 season, FSC will host a Skills Training Certificate coaching course to be held at Ian McLennan Park on 12th & 13th Decemeber 2020. We encourage coaches of these age groups to attend. The information gained from this course will ensure our coaches and players receive the very best opportunity to improve players' football skills and gain structured training drills and sessions in accordance with the FFA National Curriculum. Coaches who complete the course will be reimbursed in full ($90.00) after the completion of the program. Coaching Course: Games Training Certificate (13 - 17 - Year-Old Players) Course Fee $90.00 Known as the ‘Games Training Phase’ In the Game Training Phase the coach’s aim will be the development of tactical awareness, perception and decision making through a game related approach to training. The course is conducted over 14 hours, is fully practical and provides the coach with training sessions designed to help the players apply the Functional Game Skills in a team setting using the FFA endorsed ‘1-4-3-3’ formation.
