13.01.2022 THE FLOAT PROCESS | We understand the importance of the float process because floating is our passion. It’s not an added service it’s what we do, we are Albury’s First and only dedicated Float Centre. A common problem is ear plugs! We recommend using ear plugs to prevent the salt solution getting in your ear canal and to reduce background noise. We are always looking to improve and always take clients feedback on board and do our best to prevent any issues. Safety is our bi...ggest priority. We have done extensive research and we now offer 3 types of ear plugs as the best solution. The yellow are the typical tradie type that are great for men and some women. The pink dream girl ear plugs are women specific (smaller) and the gel mouldables perfect for all ear types and the most popular! Always doing our best to make your float experience the best it can be #float #massage #floatalbury #floatwodonga See more

12.01.2022 Frequently asked question: What do need to do or bring. Simple answer is nothing! Our job is to ensure your float experience is seamless as possible with little to no effort from the client - all we ask of you is to come with an open mind and let go!We supply everything for before during and after your session you literally don’t need to bring a thing! If you are not comfortable floating naked all you would need to bring is spare underwear or bathers. We supply towels, beauty... needs incl deodorant, moisturisers and other products. We supply 3 kinds of ear plugs. Ear plugs are used to keep the salt solution from getting in to ear canal and reduce any back ground noise (although our room is double brick so very sound proof). You will notice a satchel, this is a barrier balm (like Vaseline) we use this for minor cuts to reduce stinging. We have hair dryers straighteners ect so you can leave the same way you came in but fresher and waaaaay more relaxed! See more

06.01.2022 You will notice I’ve made some changes to my business like not offering gift vouchers, online booking is another service I don’t offer. Yes I have the means and technology and systems for this but it’s not the right fit for my business. Don’t get me wrong I understand the benefits of this type of service but here’s why I don’t offer it and never will: One of my core business values is transparency. And one of the most valuable steps in my business is customer service. I cann...ot offer a high level of service to you if I can’t communicate with you. Everyone is different and float therapy is not for everyone and in fact may not be appropriate in some instances. By speaking with you and hearing your story I can determine whether floating is going to be beneficial to YOU. I would hate for you to waste time and money on something not right for you. I know sometimes it can be hard to get in contact with me but I do my best to look after each individual. My business is about quality not quantity #float #massage #service See more

02.01.2022 LEG CRAMPS Some clients who float experience leg cramps (rarely) Most people experience them in bed or asleep and it’s a common question that comes up at the Float Room. Leg cramps are common in adults and will occur during inactivity. They can be caused by dehydration, some medication use, pregnancy, body position, some medical conditions. Treatments: during cramps you can stretch (flex your foot) the muscle, massage may also help. If you have sever cases or experience leg cramps frequently consult your GP. #float #massage #floatalbury #floatwodonga
